I’m not happy to even take the time to review this game, but if it helps one person to save their time and money then it will have been worth it. Remind me to never again purchase a game from Krome studios, they are absolutely horrible! Krome owes us all a refund, or at the very least an explaination for this complete shovelware. The graphics are absurd; play is overly auomated and stifled by rails (limited coralled movement), and per usual a marketing campaign filled with misleading screenshots and video clips that have nothing to do with actual gameplay. I could go on and on but I’ve already wasted enough time with this heap. How this game was rated 4-stars at the time I decided to purchase it I have no idea; I understand one person’s trash is another’s treasure, but “Republic Heroes!?” Really? Really!!!?

A lot of people seem to really dislike this game, but I have to admit I had fun with it. A few spots were frustrating due to skewed camera angles, but the game does a pretty good job of helping you out with platform jumping. One particularly maddening part that stands out in my mind is the first instance where you have to jump off the side of a cliff and onto one of those droid speeder bike things. I must have jumped to my death about 50 times before I realized you had to do a double-jump to mount vehicles. This nearly sent my controller whizzing through the air at a very high velocity. I can understand people not liking the simplistic nature of the gameplay, and some aspects of the game do feel like they were rushed through the Q.A. department, but overall I enjoyed it. Anyone expecting an experience like The Force Unleashed will be sorely disappointed.

Dont listen to the other negative reviews this game is really fun but a little short but I still love it

I also bought this game on impulse. (The cover did look good) I played Lego Star Wars obsessively to 100% completion. Despite the Force Unleashed’s flaws, I still enjoyed it as a whole. That said, I can make no excuses for this game. I’m sure it sold plenty of copies to unsuspecting parents this season I’m also sure cheap, used copies should be plentiful soon. I still wouldn’t pay $5 for this mess of a game. Poor graphics, unresponsive controls and an entirely BROKEN camera mechanic made for a complete waste of time. Steer clear, these “developers” do not deserve a paycheck or ANY encouragement for this kind of effort. A shameful attempt to cash in on the otherwise excellent Clone Wars series.

It was very good but needs something else, don’t know exactly what to add, like improving the control movements and the camera perspective. But is something worth a try, it was fun.
